An historical palace built in the XVIII century on top of Positano Hill, with a superb view of the Sea and the Coast.

This sumptuous villa with private garden and pool, was recently renovated and can accomodate 16 guests in 8 suites distributed on two floors.

Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom and it is finely decorated and furnished with antiques, with the comfort of modern amenities such as internet wifi, air conditioning, safe and minibar.

The staff at the villa (concierge, cook and maid) will be happy to welcome and take care of you to let you live the dreamy holiday you deserve!

The entrance floor boasts a wide terrace with dining table and seating area under a romantic pergola and opens, through french doors, into the living room, adjacent to the vaulted dining room and the impressive kitchen, equipped with professional appliances and a traditional oven for pizza. Fine decorations and exquisite furniture express the astonishing atmosphere of this villa at a first glance.

The 8 suites are located on the upper and lower floor and all have direct access to a terrace with breathtaking view.

Should you have to deal with work issues while on holiday, it is available a desk with scanner, fax, copier, as well as iPod connected to Bose stereo, portable, in order to enjoy the preferred playlist also while chilling by the pool.

The outdoor ground is characterized by a garden of 1000sqm, with a private infinity pool (dimensions m 4,5 x 8,5 depth 1.30m) sun beds and Mediterranean plants, lemon trees, bougainville and jasmine, in such an idyllic context guests can’t help but feeling relaxed and joyful.

The villa has also a main entrance directly onto the garden, which is very useful for weddings or private events.

Please consider that to reach the villa from the main road, guests have to climb some steps, but any effort will be rewarded by the unique view and exclusive ambience.

The beach can be reached by a short walk through the tyical alleys.

In high season, Villa Augusta can be booked on a weekly basis and in low season for shorter stay.

The price is for 8 suites, but if you are more than 16 people:

At extra price, a maximum of four additional beds can be arranged in the 4 suites on the first floor.

Further than that, 2 “family suites” each with 2 double bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms (suitable for 4 people each suite) are availabe on the second floor and can be booked at extra price. Contact us for the quotation.

Please, bear in mind that at check in are due:

SERVICES INCLUDED:

• Utilities (electricity, water, heating, gas, air conditioning, final cleaning);
• Wi-Fi in the whole building;
• Music sound system;
• Minibar in all the rooms beverages charged on consumption;
• Safety box in all the rooms;
• Courtesy kit (bath soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap bar, body cream);
• Daily change of linen and bath towels;
• Morning daily cleaning;
• Pool cleaning & pool towels;
• Gardening;
• Staff 8 hours per day (cook & waiter service for the breakfast and on other meal on choice between lunch and dinner; maid from 7h30 am till 4h30 pm) extra hours € 35 per person per hour. The staff has a day off on rotation per week;
• Laundry service: underwear included, extra laundry €35 per load (10 pieces);
• Continental breakfast;
• Welcome dinner (for stay of minimum 1 week);
• Cooking class (for stay of minimum 1 week);
• Porter service: (included 1 luggage only per person) on the day of the arrival is included from 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm. Before and after the indicated time or on Sunday or for any extra

luggage the cost will be on guest’s charge. Porter service (included 1 luggage only per person) on the day of the departure from 8:00 am till 10:00 am;

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:

• Food & beverage: a CASH Security deposit of € 3.000 will be asked at the arrival and it will be used during the stay for the daily grocery. At the end of the stay the remaining will be returned, or more will be asked if not enough;
• City Tax: € 1,50 per person per day to pay locally cash, children under 10 years old are excluded;
• Parking: the villa does not have a private parking, we collaborate with an external provider, the cost is € 30 per day for a regular car and € 50 per day for a van or a bigger car. They provide valet service.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• Check-in during high season is on Saturday from 4:00pm till 6:00pm;
• Check-out during high season is on Saturday from 8:00am till 10:00 am;

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

– For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.
