Description
Is an historical villa of the seventeenth century, has now been restored and transformed into a Residence composed by the main Villa plus 10 apartments offering the best services and comfort.
The heart of Florence is only 3kms far away from here so, it is easily reachable by car, taxi or bus; we suggest the walking tour until Ponte Vecchio passing through the characteristic streets of the area.
The narrow hilly roads separating the Villa from the city center offer a cozy shelter from the noisy traffic, evidently benefiting the quality of the air and the quietness of the area.
The Villa features a heated swimming pool from April to October, surrounded by a large garden with an ancient canopy. Our customers can use the self service laundry, and have breakfast upon request.
The property is composed by a Villa with 4 wide bedroom (3 double + 1 single) and 10 apartments in the near annex each with double bedroom and double sofa bed. Each apartment has a double bedroom and its kitchenette with microwave oven, electric kettle, kitchenware, direct phone, Satellite TV, air conditioning, and safe.
In this advert you’ll find the price for the main Villa (7 people). Prices are inclusive of breakfast and daily cleaning and taxes. Prices are inclusive of the use of the pool, jacuzzi & turkish bath, the small fitness area, free wireless internet and 2 private car parks. Prices are not inclusive of tourist tax of € 2,50 per night, per adult (ages 13 and up). The tax is paid up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Other solutions are available: individual apartments (2+2 people) or the location as a whole which can host up to 27 people or 47 by opening of double sofabeds. This last solution is ideal for events and meetings. Don’t eistate to contact us for good prices.
Please bear in mind that each of these solutions can have the added possibility of relaxing after a long day of business or tourism by the pool or at the spa.
