A cozy apartment located in Porto Rotondo, only a few minutes walk from the marina.

It develops on two floors: on the first floor there is a living room with dining area and a small but functional kitchen. The living room opens onto a small terrace equipped with armchairs. Next to the entrance is located the master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor, there is a huge bedroom, with two queen beds, a bathroom with shower and a small roof terrace with a view over the port, furnished with table and chairs.

This comfortable apartment is the most suitable spot for a family or a small group of friends and thanks to its location in the center of Porto Rotondo, supermarkets, shops and restaurants are easily reachable.

Porto Rotondo, along with Porto Cervo, is one of the most important places for national and international tourism, located in the Gallura area, on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. It develops in 500 hectares of territory, between the gulfs of Cugnana and Marinella and it has a highly-equipped tourist port with 800 moorings for boat.

It is a dream location that offers faboulous beaches, exclusive clubs to practice Golf, tennis or other sports, nightlife, boutiques, restaurants, but it is also a good starting point to discover the culture, the historical heritage and the culinary traditions of this exciting land.

Car is necessary, pay and display parking available.

The airport is at 18 Km and Porto Cervo is only at 15Km.

– General cleaning €180 in cash at check in
– Refundable Security deposit at check-in: € 500 in cash. Don’t worry, we’re not the kind of people asking for a broken dish. 🙂
– Tourist tax € 1.5 per person per night
– Utilites at consumption included

Check in: 4:00pm to 7:00. For arrivals between 8:00pm and 10:00pm, a surcharge of € 50 is required. Night check-in after 10:00 pm is not allowed.
