The living area consists of a kitchen (slightly with respect to the entrance), living room, both spaces have French windows onto a small terrace.

Air conditioning, linen provided, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen.

EXTRA CHARGES:

300€ Deposit to be paid in cash at check-in

40€ for general cleaning

25€ for a second change of linen

Check-in – Check-out from Monday to Friday 8:00- 13:00 and 14:00-18:00. On Saturday and Sunday, contact us to schedule Check-in and Check-out

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– Cancellation occurs between 30 days and the check in day, the total amount is not refundable but your stay can be postponed to another date, according to availability of that villa. For one time only.
