Located on the island of Capri in the beauties of the municipality of Anacapri, it is one of the few private villas with an outdoor area in which to fully enjoy the beauty of the house and be able to spend unforgettable moments with your family.

The Villa is of a unique beauty: the garden is cared for down to the smallest detail: from the garden you have the entrance to the living room, finely furnished where the white color, the ceramics and the Murano glass predominate, creating an atmosphere of pure elegance. It consists of large double bedrooms and two with French bed, a single bedroom and 7 bathrooms. An elegant and refined lounge with piano and a terrace overlooking the private pool with a view of the entire island of Capri

 

– Security deposit upon check-in: €1.500 Cash on arrival along with balance or bank transfer

The following services are included in the rate:
– Transfer from the port to the Villa and vice versa (luggage included)
– Breakfast served on the terrace
– Change of towels and linen every 3 days
– weekly cleaning and sanitizing service
– 6 hours of housekeeper service and final cleaning
– Gardening service and maintenance of all facilities, including the swimming pool
– 24-hour assistance service

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

– For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.
