Description

The villa is located in the eastern part of Capri, on the hill of Tiberio. It is a classic Mediterranean style building with majolica, high ceilings, white walls, columns, patios and huge terraces. It overlooks the entire Gulf of Naples, the awesome Vesuvius and the Sorrento Peninsula. Villa is surrounded by agaves, prickly pears and olive trees typical of this region.

There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna that make the villa even more special. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terracotta terrace, facing towards the Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Nearby an outside kitchen ideal for light entertainment and BBQ’S. On the rooftop you can enjoy the most magical views of the Gulf of Naples and Amalfi Coast. There you can appreciate a romantic dinner under the starry sky.

The villa is composed by 5 apartments/rooms:

– Suite with Neapolitan nineteenth century furnitures. One  room is a double bed room and another is a room with sofa bed. Also here is a large shower, spacious living room and amazing terrace with a table and chairs for sunbathing. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

– Suite with two bedrooms. One  is a double bed room and another is a  room with sofa bed. There is a large shower and spacious living room with pool view. The appartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

– 3 separate double rooms with bathrooms.

All rooms have air conditioning, tv and safety box.

The rental fee includes: Water consumption; Linen and towels, including pool towels; Access to the pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna; Wi-Fi; Satellite TV; Utilities; Daily maid service; Porterage service.

Minimum stay
Weekly stay, Saturday to Saturday (but flexible to negotiate for any different guests needs)

Additional expenses:

Deposit 2.000 € for one week; 3.000 € for two weeks*, 15 days before check in. Wire transfer description: non-interest
bearing security deposit
*The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after inspection of the property. In the event of damage, loss
of inventory or a dispute, the amount of the dispute will be withheld from the security deposit until resolved
however the remaining balance will be returned within 21 days.

Housekeeper extra hours €/hours 15.00 (to be requested in advance) as:
– Room/villa cleaning in the afternoon
– Laundry service
– etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

– For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.

Map and how to get there

The island of Capri can be reached all year round from the port of Naples and from Sorrento, during the summer also from Positano, Amalfi, Salerno and the island of Ischia. To get to the center of the island- the Piazzetta- from the harbour you can take a cable car, taxi or bus, while the island as a whole is mostly pedestrian. Villa Karina is about 18 minutes walk from the Piazzetta along “Via Le Botteghe”.

The center of Capri is mostly pedestrian, so we recommend you use our luggage service. Your luggages will be brought directly to Villa Karina.
