Description

This villa located in a green residential area where nature is Queen!
You might find squirrels, mallards, hedgehogs and grey herons too, it is a paradise at just 4 km from
Forte dei Marmi and 500 meters from the beach.
In plan has peculiar shape of a butterfly:
the central body is the day area, where the common spaces are blended into the surrounding nature
thanks to large windows.
In the wings of the butterfly are the bedrooms (3 and 3) 4 doubles that can be converted into twins,
1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, each with its own bathroom.
This house is ideal families with children, because of the fenced swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth
1.4 m) but great also for group of friends who wants to have BBQ dinners, or just relax with a good
book by the pool.

 

Included in the price:
– external maintenance
– household linen (2 weekly changes).

Additional charges:
– € 700 Deposit to be paid in cash upon check-in
– € 300 for general cleaning to be paid in cash at check-in
– Utilities according to consumption

 

Check in: 3pm-7pm. You can arrive later, but bear in mind that after 8pm there is a surcharge of 50€ per hour. There is no check in after 11pm. Check out: 10am

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.
– For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.

The nice way to explore Forte dei Marmi and enjoy this nice seaside resort would be jumping on a bike and riding along the beach promenade or through the old shady streets.
In one of the days, we would advise you to get on board of the ferry and discover the amazing Cinque Terre in a daily excursion.
